CURRENTLY HIRING EXPERIENCED DIESEL TECHNICIANS

Preston Chevrolet & Preston Ford are now hiring Certified HD Truck and Diesel Technicians. We are seeking committed, passionate, and enthusiastic individuals with great work ethics, the highest degree of integrity, and excellent customer and interpersonal skills to join our team and deliver the very best service experience to our valued guests. Pay will depend on skill and experience. We are currently offering full medical, dental, 401k, vacation days, paid training with many additional perks based on experience. We need technicians who can perform but will not be limited to the following:

Consulting with service advisors and reading work orders to evaluate the tasks required

Preparing work plans after fully scoping out the issues

Running diagnostic tests on and interpreting the results to offer suitable solutions

Inspecting vehicle systems, including suspensions, steering and exhausts

Repairing or replacing vehicle transmissions, brakes, engines and other associated parts

Test driving repaired vehicles to gauge their performance

Completing oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment and brake checks

A Diesel/HD Truck Technician, performs maintenance, inspects, diagnoses and repairs HD Trucks and diesel-powered vehicles and test driving the vehicle to determine if they properly fixed the mechanical issue.
